L. Friedman, Esq., MBA, is an attorney, a noted author, and vice chair
of the Maryland Assistive Technology Assistance Program. Mr. Friedman
earned his BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland
College Park, his JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey
School of Law, and his MBA from the University of Baltimore Merrick
School of Business. Mr. Friedman is the President of the Mid-Atlantic
Lyceum.
VICE PRESIDENT/SECRETARY Gary
C. Norman, Esq., L.L.M., is an attorney, a dispute resolution
professional serving as a 2012 Fellow at the American Arbitration
Association, and is a Civil Rights Commissioner for the State of
Maryland. Mr. Norman is the vice president and secretary of the
Mid-Atlantic Lyceum.
